PMI Angel City is a boutique, concierge-style residential property management company serving Los Angeles — including the San Fernando Valley, Northeast LA, and the Pasadena Foothills. We specialize in single-family homes and small multifamily properties where the details matter and the standard is high.
We're property owners and real estate investors ourselves, which means we manage your asset with the same care, urgency, and accountability we apply to our own. Crystal is a Realtor, real estate investor, and co-founder of PMI Angel City, where she brings together her love of real estate, her superpower for making homes beautiful, and a deeply relationship-first approach. In addition to leading Realty at PMI Angel by representing buyers and sellers, Crystal works closely with property owners and investors, making sure they feel heard, supported, informed, and genuinely well cared for. She understands that real estate is rarely “just business”—homes and investment properties come with financial goals, big decisions, and often a lot of emotion—and she has a particular gift for navigating both the practical and human sides of the process. At PMI Angel City, Crystal also leads the marketing of the properties we lease, drawing on her experience positioning and presenting homes to help each property shine. She’s also the proud mom of two spirited little girls, so negotiating with agents, tenants, contractors—and children—is all in a day’s work. When she’s not working, you’ll find her exploring LA with her family and scouting out great food and wine.
Before Samantha managed properties, she managed the wild.
After more than a decade as a zookeeper at the Los Angeles Zoo, Samantha learned that caring for a home — whether it houses animals or people — requires the same things: routine, attention to detail, quick response when something goes wrong, and genuine dedication to the lives inside it.
When she made the leap into real estate and property management, she brought all of that with her.
Today Samantha is the Founder, President, and CFO of PMI Angel City, a full-service property management company serving the greater Los Angeles area. She leads both the strategic vision and day-to-day operations of the company, overseeing everything from financial performance to the client experience that has earned PMI Angel City its five-star reputation. From leasing and maintenance coordination to homewatch and asset management, her team handles every detail — so owners can breathe easy knowing their most valuable investment is in good hands.
Samantha is an active member of her local BNI chapter and is deeply embedded in the Los Angeles real estate community. She is passionate about helping overwhelmed landlords, first-time investors, and accidental property owners find their footing — and about raising the standard of what property management in Los Angeles can and should look like. From the habitats of the LA Zoo to the homes of Los Angeles, Samantha has spent her career doing one thing: making sure every living space is safe, cared for, and loved. That hasn't changed. It's just the tenants who are different now.
Ashley has extensive real estate experience, ranging from leasing apartments to selling commercial real estate. She has a proven track record for success when partnering with local community members to ensure they feel taken care of and protected through all transactions. When she's not in the office, Ashley manages another type of chaos with three kids and a hobby farm; she's always on the go! A self starter with a big heart, we're excited to have her be a part of the PMI family.
