Flexible by design: networking doesn't keep office hours. Your schedule flexes to the opportunity — a breakfast meeting in Pasadena, lunch in Sherman Oaks, an evening mixer across town — and you like it that way.
Disciplined: you can manage your own time and follow up relentlessly without being micromanaged.
Real estate knowledge: you've got practical knowledge of real estate, leasing, or property management — you speak the language.
Tech savvy: you are comfortable using CRMs, Google Workspace, and mobile apps to run your day.
Bonus: you know LA — or a few corners of it deeply — and can talk neighborhoods, rents, and what it actually means to own rental property here.
